Thanks to my wonderful tour guide/teammate Scott Walnofer for the super cool road ride Tuesday up here in Fayetteville. I'm not so sure where we were most the time but it included signs saying Double Springs, Farmington, the Waste Management plant and a super fly golf course, Clear Creek. After a few miles of riding a really windy stretch I pointed out and thanked him for riding on the wind side and blocking the whole time, ha I'm a jerk.

I have actually had a good little block of training the past several days, just in time to be ready for collegiate mountain bike and track season.

Thursday I drive 15 hours to Durango, anyone wanna come and keep me company?
