NOVA National Short Track
We had an 8:00pm short track in downtown Fountain Hills, AZ Saturday night. It worked out as planned racing under the lights and having a good size crowd come out that wouldn't normally travel more than 50 yards to see a bike race. I had a bad starting position because I have not done a Pro NORBA race in almost a year. I was last row of about 85 riders I think. The 20 minute race did not leave much time to move up in the field but I mananged to pass groups of riders at a time on the slight uphill road section of the course and ended up around 27th place.
