My weekend cyclo cross race had its ups and downs, literally. I finished a personal best just behind our Jewish and German imports, yes they get along.... and Ned Overand and Travis Brown. However I also busted my butt on the ice section and then fought fire with fire by using this futuristic beer cooler to run ice water around my grapefruit sized kneecap.
p.s. The new James Bond film kinda, as in totally, rocks.
