Today I got in my last ride for the next two weeks. I leave for spring break today; Venice and Florence, Italy, Slovenia, and Spain. For the past four or five years I have taken a week off the bike for spring break, this time I am bringing my running shoes and iPod to make up for the extra week. It wont be as bad as it sounds for the 'ole legs. However with that in mind I killed two birds with one stone on todays ride by doing my first sustained six mile time trial effort and getting my first flat tire of the trip at the same time. Oh well, I got back on and has a respectable time for February, don't you wish you knew the numbers...
