My buddy Kevin Soller races for the USA Cycling under 23 team in Belgium. Here is the aftermath of a solid crash he took a few weeks ago. Kevin I hope your having a speedy recovery.
In other news, I'm up Seven Springs, Pennsylvania for the Road National Championships. The 85 miles road race is on Thursday, the 14 mile time trial on Friday. Hopefully the rain calm down before tomorrow for a long hard day at the office.....
